Rebecca, Your point that leaders don't necessarily need a certain personality but instead need to have a few basic principles is right on track. I also thought your insight when answering question 2 was great. I also thought the quote, "Leadership is a dialogue, not monologue," is particularly intriguing.

What,s good? How are you doing? I like this class also.
I also feel this will be a useful class for all of us that will hopefully enhance our understanding of ourselves as well as each other.
